About the project
This holiday villa is located in Lalzit Bay on the Adriatic Cost of Albania which has a unique landscape of pine trees and endemic plants.
The house of 120 sqm is organized in 2 floors. The first floor is dedicated to the living, kitchen and dinning space, with a small bahtroomand a warehouse. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The interior project aims to create the feeling of calm and cozy by the use of a natural and textured material palette.Natural stone, timber, earthy shades of textured plaster and exposed concrete are the main materials of this palette with their various colors and texture.
